Welcome to Florvae. This website is operated by Norvelle LLC ("Florvae", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our website, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from us. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Account If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us at contact@florvae.com of any unauthorized use.

3. Products, descriptions & pricing We try to display our products, descriptions, and prices as accurately as possible, but we do not warrant that content is error-free, complete, or current. Prices are shown in the applicable currency and may change at any time. We reserve the right to correct errors and to limit, cancel, or refuse any order — including after an order has been placed — for example in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraud.

4. Orders & acceptance Your order is an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only when we dispatch your order. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will notify you and issue a refund where payment was taken.

5. Payment Payment is processed securely by our third-party payment providers. By submitting payment information, you authorize us (and our processors) to charge the applicable amount, including taxes and any recurring subscription charges you have selected.

6. Subscriptions If you choose a subscription, you authorize recurring charges billed every 30 days until you cancel. You may cancel at any time through your account or by emailing contact@florvae.com. Full details are in our Subscription & Cancellation Policy.

7. Shipping, returns & refunds Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns/refunds by our Return & Refund Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms.

8. Cosmetic products Our products are cosmetics for external use and are not medical products. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Results vary from person to person. Please review our Cosmetic Disclaimer and patch-test before use.

9. Promotions & discounts Offers, discount codes, and promotions may be subject to additional terms, may be modified or withdrawn at any time, and cannot be combined unless stated.

10. Intellectual property All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and the "Florvae" name — is owned by or licensed to Norvelle LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without our prior written permission.

11. Reviews & user content If you submit reviews or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and reproduce it in connection with our business. You are responsible for the content you submit and confirm it is truthful and does not infringe others' rights.

12. Prohibited uses You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation or security, to submit false information, or to infringe the rights of others.

13. Third-party links Our site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

14. Disclaimer of warranties The site and products are provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty or right that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

15. Limitation of liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related to your order or use of the site is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and these Terms do not affect your statutory consumer rights.

16. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Norvelle LLC and its officers and employees from any claims or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site.

17. Governing law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have in your country of residence.

18. Changes to these Terms We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date reflects the current version, and your continued use of the site means you accept the changes.

19. Severability If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
