We sell a small, deliberately short range of skincare and cosmetics online at florvae.com, and we ship them to customers in the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada and Australia.

Cosmetics for external use — the everyday kind you actually reach for, rather than a shelf of products you use once. We keep the catalogue small on purpose. Every product is listed with its full description and ingredient information, and every product is covered by the same guarantee.

How we work

  • Free shipping on every order, with no minimum spend, to all four countries we serve. Import duties and customs fees are covered by us — you are never asked to pay anything on delivery.
  • Orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours and most arrive within 7 to 10 business days. You receive a tracking link as soon as your parcel ships.
  • A 30-day money-back guarantee on everything. If a product is not right for you, email us within 30 days of delivery and we refund you in full — even if the product has been opened and used, and without asking you to send anything back.
  • A real person answers your email, within one business day, Monday to Friday.

What we do not claim
