In short: Everything we sell is a cosmetic for external use. Our products are not medicines, they are not intended to treat any condition, and results differ from one person to another.

This disclaimer applies to every product sold at florvae.com by Norvelle LLC, trading as Florvae. It forms part of our Terms of Service and our Terms of Sale.

Our products are cosmetics

Florvae products are cosmetics intended for external use only, applied to the skin, lashes or lips to cleanse, beautify or improve appearance. They are not drugs, medical devices or dietary supplements. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and no statement on this website has been evaluated by the United States Food and Drug Administration, the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency in the United Kingdom, Health Canada or the Therapeutic Goods Administration in Australia.

Product descriptions, articles, answers to customer questions and any other content on this site are provided for general information only. They are not medical, dermatological or professional advice and must not be used as a substitute for it. If you have a skin condition, an allergy, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are undergoing any treatment, speak to a qualified healthcare professional before using a new cosmetic product.

Results vary

Skin, lashes and hair differ from person to person. Any result described on this site, shown in an image, or reported by a customer reflects that individual's experience and is not a promise of the result you will get. Factors such as skin type, age, climate, routine and consistency of use all affect the outcome.

Patch-test before first use

We recommend a patch test before using any new cosmetic product. Apply a small amount to the inside of the forearm, leave it for 24 hours and check for a reaction. Stop using the product immediately and seek medical advice if you experience irritation, redness, swelling, burning or any other adverse reaction.

Use as directed

Use each product only as described on its packaging and product page. Keep cosmetics out of the reach of children. Avoid contact with the eyes unless the product is specifically intended for use around the eye area, and rinse thoroughly with water if contact occurs. Do not apply to broken, damaged or irritated skin.

Ingredients and allergies

If you have a known allergy or sensitivity, read the full ingredient list on the product packaging before use. If you are unsure whether a product is suitable for you, email us at contact@florvae.com before ordering and we will send you the full ingredient list.

Reporting an adverse reaction

If you believe a Florvae product has caused an adverse reaction, please contact us at contact@florvae.com. We take every report seriously, will respond within one business day, and will refund the order in full under our Return & Refund Policy.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this disclaimer limits or excludes any right you have under mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence, including the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, and applicable United States and Canadian consumer protections.
